• Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as Industrial Psychology Intern and/or have an HR / Talent related qualification;
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines;
• Have the ability to work independently;
• Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
