The NBL Graduate Programme is a 24 month programme that offers experiential learning; mentoring; and working with subject matter experts in their respective fields. We give our graduates a platform to present ideas and innovations and be change-makers.

On the Quality Management Graduate programme you’ll be exposed to our fast moving food manufacturing processes at a factory level, as well as doing statistical data analysis and managing computerised quality systems.

We are looking for BSc graduates in KZN.

What are the requirements?

  • BSc in Microbiology or Biochemistry with a minimum average of 60% in the final year of studies;
  • Proficiency using MS Office (more specifically Excel).
  • Applicants interested in the programme must have strong leadership abilities, an analytical and innovative mindset; be a team player with a passion for achieving; and an enthusiastic self-starter who is open to all the unique learning opportunities we offer.
