The successful candidate will receive a monthly stipend of R3,500 for the 12-month internship period.

The successful candidate will report to the BI Data Analyst and will gain experience while assisting in the following functions:

• Design and build basic crystal reports based on the business requirements
• Analyse, model, design and test data warehouse and business Intelligence components
• Develop basic SQL queries and stored procedures for MS SQL databases.
• Working closely with BI Data Analysts and technology team to ensure the success of the deliverables
• Will generate report in relational database and dimensional modelling and ETL Design tools
• Documents reporting processes, code, requirements and maintains compliance and governance procedures
• Defining and implementing work flows for updating and loading spreadsheet based data
• Providing small to medium enhancements to custom BI related software systems
• Troubleshooting BI tools, systems, and software
