The Elias Motsoaledi Municipality in the Sekhukhune District of Limpopo is inviting applications for its 2016/2017 Integrated Development Programme (IDP) Internship (Ref No.: HR01/642/14) from suitably qualified South African  graduates with a Degree or a National Diploma in Municipal Administration OR Public Administration OR Development Studies as well as a Grade 12 certificate. The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Transport is offering an Internship Programme opportunity to unemployed graduates in possession of an appropriate Degree/National Diploma NQF 6 qualifications in the following fields in order to gain work-related experience.

 

Requirements for the Internship Programme:
• Applicants must reside in KwaZulu-Natal and be of a historically disadvantaged background
• Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age (during the start and completion of the programme)
• Applicants must be unemployed
• Applicants must be computer literate in Microsoft packages • Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to work and excel in the specialised field            

You must have a degree or National Diploma in any of the following:

Occupation Area Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma
General Administration Public Management/ Administration
Communication Support Language Practice / Translation
Communication Support Photography
Employee Health and Wellnes Social Work/ Social Science (Major in Industrial Psychology
Financial Finacial Management/ Financial Accounting

Human Resource Management Human Resource Management
Office Services Public Management/ Office Management
Supply Chain Management Supply Chain Management / Financial Management
Duration

The Internship Programme will run for 12 months from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014. The Department will pay a monthly stipend to all interns; however, transport to and from the workplace and related expenses will be the responsibility of the intern. The successful applicants (interns) will be required to enter into an agreement with the Department.

Clearly state on the application form the placement area and occupation you are applying for, e.g. Cost Centre Eshowe: HRM • Applicants must submit a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV) with traceable contact details, certified copies of all qualifications and Identity Document, a statement of results and, where possible, a letter from the institution confirming completion. All information will be verified . Applicants must have their own transport, accommodation and apply for intern position/s within the relevant municipality/district!region where they reside • Applicants must also attach a signed affidavit from a Commissioner of Oaths indicating they are unemployed and have never participated in an internship programme • Applicants who have already participated in an internship programme within a Government department will not be considered.

The National Department of Rural Development and Land Reform invites applications for Internship opportunities that currently exist in the offices throughout South Africa. Unemployed applicants between 18-35 years of age who have never participated in an Internship Programme in any Government department are invited to apply. Successful Interns will be appointed for a period of 12 months commencing April 2013 – March 2014. Interns will receive a monthly stipend. Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
