]]> Sappi Southern Africa is inviting applications from candidates with who have completed a minimum of SA in various engineering fields (see table below) for its 2015 Technician-in-Training Engineering In-Service Training Programme to be based in Umkomaas, KwaZulu-Natal. In-service Trainees will be trained and mentored to complete their P1 and P2 training to become technicians. A monthly stipend will be paid to successful candidates for the duration of the training.

What are the requirements?

Experiential Training Field Qualification (study level) required
Instrumentation A minimum of:

  • S4 Instrumentation
Mechanical Engineering A minimum of:

  • S4 Mechanical Engineering
Civil Engineering A minimum of:

  • S4 Civil Engineering
Electrical Engineering A minimum of:

  • S4 Electrical Engineering
