]]>The goal of ACCESS’ education portfolio is to build and prepare a pool of talented young scientists, in the field of Earth Systems Science (ESS) such as, biology, geology, meteorology, oceanography, etc.
ACCESS is seeking a passionate and driven, full-time Intern to assist us in the implementation of our education portfolio activities. The role will involve helping to support and develop various ACCESS education initiatives in the field of ESS. These include outreach programmes at schools, the undergraduate sub-programme (Habitable Planet Workshop), and our postgraduate workshops.
These positions are based in Cape Town (Rosebank).
Key responsibilities:
The successful candidate will report to the ACCESS Education Manager and will be expected to support ACCESS training events through:

The internship is will be renewable depending on funding availability, performance and the availability of a position within the ACCESS programme.
