Worldwide logistics and freight forwarding company, UTi, is inviting applications for its 2015 learnerships in its Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal offices. Successful applicants will be placed in 12-months long learnerships specialising in supply chain solutions – in which they will be given both practical and classroom training. Applicants are required to be South African citizens with a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or currently doing Grade 12. Learners will receive a monthly stipend of R3200 for the duration of the learnership programme.
What are the requirements?
In order to be considered, make sure you meet the following minimum requirements before applying:
- Must have Grade 12 (Matric) certificate with English and Mathematics as passed subjects (current Grade 12 learners can also apply);
- Be computer literate (be able to use Microsoft Office – Word and Excel – and office equipment such as printers, copies, fax machines, etc.);
- Be prepared to study on your own as contact classroom tuition will be limited;
- Be comfortable with learning through technology (i.e. e-learning);
- Be punctual;
- Be an energetic person.
