Purpose of Job /Role Intent: 

A 12 month internship opportunity for youth with post-matric. Business Management
Interns will be placed within the B2Bl department and will gain practical experience in Mining and multi-functional administrative duties.

The jobholder is responsible for controlling the mining marketing activities of TSA per defined accounts and achieving optimal sales with sustainable profitability, whilst adhering to all Total norms and standards

Required Criteria:

• Completed Degree in Business Management
• Less than 25 years of age
• Not more than one year working experience
• Preference will be given to applicants from designated groups, in line with TOTAL Employment Equity plan
• Good with numbers and Systems

• Post-matric in Business Management
• Required entry Years of relevant experience: less than 1 year or none
• Negotiation skills
• Research skills 
• Report writing skills (MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
• Exposure to analyzing and interpreting financial statements / results either in studies or work experience
• Good sales management, negotiation and conflict resolution skills; good analytical and presentation skills
