]]>Minimum Requirements: Bursary Application (B.Eng or BSc Engineering)
Grade 12 Learners (SA Citizens) with outstanding achievements, minimum five symbol in Mathematics and Physical Science and students currently studying towards B Eng or B.Sc Engineering are encouraged to apply for one of our comprehensive bursaries in the following disciplines:
Minimum Requirements: Charted Accountants Training (CAT) Programme
B Compt Hons/final year or one year Certificate in Theory of Accounting (CTA) programme. Current
final year CTA students are also welcome to apply. Applications must be accompanied by a CV including certified copies of your Grade 12 certificate, junior degree transcript, degree, proof of final year CTA university registration.

]]>Full-time bursaries are awarded annually according to the employment needs of the company. All our full-time students are viewed as potential employees – depending on vacancies being available after successfully completing their qualifications.
The comprehensive bursary, covers the following:

Selection
After the screening of applications by the Transnet Bursary Department, candidates – based on academic performance on secondary or tertiary level – will be invited to be interviewed. The interviews will take place at Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, Cape Town and Durban.
The final selection and award is subjective to the following:

The application process caters for those with internet access and those without it – i.e. the application can either be filled in and submitted online or via a printable form which can be posted back to Transnet.
Their bursary comprehensive in that it covers tuition fees, books, and accommodation and food. There is also experiential learning included with the bursary.
This a bursary is only available to students studying or wishing to study at a South African university.
