The office of the Civilian Secretariat for Police is inviting application from unemployed young South Africans who have completed their N6 certificates at South African colleges for Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) to apply for their 2016 Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme in order to gain experience and complete their qualifications. WIL Learners will be placed on an 18 months training programme and will receive a monthly stipend of R2 000 for the duration of the programme.

What are the requirements?

In order for your application to be considered, you have to meet the following criteria:

  • Be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35 years old;
  • Have a completed N6 certificate in ANY of the below fields:
    • Financial Management;
    • Human Resource Management; or
    • Office Administration.

How to apply?

Make your application on a Z83 Form (Click here to download OR go fetch one at a government department/office) accompanied by your CV (with 3 references), certified copies of your qualifications (Grade 12 & N6 certificates), transcripts of academic record, and ID document and send it by any of the means below: [NB! On the Z83 form, under “position for which you are applying” write the abbreviation WIL followed by WIL position for which you are applying from list of qualifications in “What are the requirements?” above: e.g. WIL: Financial Management; and under “Reference number” write this reference number for all WIL positions: CSP/16/2016].
