MIH Africa, a Media24-owned company, is for graduates who are keen on gaining experience in Business Intelligence. For applicants to be considered they have to be in possession of a diploma or degree in either mathematics or statistics/ or both. The internship will run for a period of 12-months and successful candidates will work with the MIH for the duration of the internship in order to gain hands on experience.
What are the requirements?
- You have to have a qualification in Mathematics/Statistics
- Have to have attention to detail and a love for numbers – and understand them as well.
- Cope within stressful environments and meet deadlines.
- Be VERY GOOD with Microsoft Excel
What will I be doing at MIH, should I be successful?
You will be doing the following:
- Assist with the preparation of weekly BI Reporting
- Assist with interpretation of reports
- Data Mining
- Report Development
- Research and Data analysis
- Various other duties as and when required
- You will also receive basic training in Google Analytics and Compiere ERP
