Think drinking yogurt, custards, and children’s yogurt brands. To most South Africans the brand that comes to mind when thinking about those items is Danone. The company behind the Danone – Danone Southern Africa – is currently recruiting for marketing and supply chain graduates to join its internship programme in 2014.
What are the requirements?
Educational/Academic
- Relevant 3 year degree in either Marketing or Supply Chain Management or related (Post Graduate qualifications will be advantageous)
- Minimum academic average of 70% for final year of study
Personal attributes
- Positive attitude with high energy levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good consulting skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with strong self management bias
- Team player with strong initiative
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to interact with all levels
Your duties will involve:
- Build long lasting stakeholder relationships
- Deliver key outputs as per the department specific requirements
- Complete learning outcomes as per individualised development plan
- Complete project deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Explore cross functional work opportunities within the organisation
