The Department of International Relations and Cooperation (Dirco) will be implementing a Learnership Programme in Public Service Communication in 2014. Interested and qualifying candidates are invited to apply for the opportunities. On successful completion of the learnership programme will result in the attainment of an FET Certificate in Public Service Communication on NQF Level 6. The learnership will be conducted over a period of 12-months and learners will receive a stipend of R2 100 per month. Only twenty (20) learners will be accepted onto the programme.
What are the requirements?
To be considered you must meet the following requirements:
- Have a Matric/Grade 12 certificate;
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Be able to speak in English;
- Have basic knowledge of at least one of the following foreign languages: Arabic, Portuguese, French, Mandarin, Spanish, Russian or German;
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years, unemployed and have no previous full-time work experience.
