Marriott International’s Global Leadership Development Programme (University AND hotel school graduates)

As a Voyage participant, over 12 – 18 months you will take on a full paid supervisory level role in your department of interest at one of our hotels. You will receive discipline-specific training as well as a leadership-focused curriculum that will prepare you to become a future leader within our organization. Our network of Voyagers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, are also in touch with one another on a regular basis and collaborate on group projects.

In addition to hands-on experience in your department, you will also have the opportunity to participate in mini rotations across all departments, including shadowing your General Manager for a day. You will also have access to our senior leaders and coaches, who will provide you with career advice and mentorship.

What are the requirements?

To be eligible for the programme, you must have graduated or be due to graduate from a university or hotel school between June 2021 and September 2023. You must also hold the right to work in the South Africa, as visa sponsorship is not provided.

As a member of the Voyage programme, you will be a team-player who is highly organized and ready to take on special projects that will make the most of your new skills. You will be a champion of innovation and quick to come up with creative solutions to problems.
