In this role, you will be central to scholar achievement—maintaining a high-performance classroom culture, delivering data-driven personalised instruction, utilising educational technology, and fostering character development to prepare scholars for university and future careers.
What are the requirements?
The ideal educator must have a passion for high-quality, affordable education and possess the following criteria:
- A completed B.Ed. degree or PGCE specialising in the Intermediate or Senior Phase. Recently qualified teachers are highly encouraged to apply!
- Valid certification through the South African Council of Educators (SACE).
- SAQA accreditation for any non-South African equivalent qualifications.
- Full fluency in English and a completely clear criminal record.
- A strong desire to work in a collaborative, tech-enabled, data-driven environment that values continuous professional coaching and mentorship.
